Our fabric was tested for tear resistance by the Hohenstein Research Institute. The institute awards the A.B.S. fabric the characteristic of absolute tear resistance.
We also take the ATEX guidelines into account for applications with appropriate zone classification and our products provide greater safety in the area of explosion protection.
For special requirements, we use an exclusive special fabric that the company founder Adolf Lesk developed together with the fabric manufacturer. This fabric is permeable to air, is much stronger than the standard fabric and is permanently electrostatically dissipative.
High strength values and resilience: Seams and fabrics are designed to be at least seven times safer. Depending on the design and bulk material, we can even expect over 100 times the safety. With our quality assurance system as well as modern working techniques, computer-supported processes and regularly trained staff, we are one of the top manufacturers of flexible silos.
To achieve the optimal result, you should use quality pellets in accordance with EU standard 17225-2 or EN plus or in accordance with DIN plus certification.
