LARGE SELECTION OF TESTED FABRICS
From breathable to coated fabrics
- We produce all feed and grain silos from our breathable fabric, which reliably protects against mold formation. Our coated fabric is used to store minerals. For the external silos we use a fabric that is coated on both sides.
We can produce food-compliant silos for you upon request
- The fabric meets all the requirements of Regulation (EC) No. 1935/2004 and in particular Regulation (EU) No. 10/2011.
- Our food-compliant fabric is tested by an accredited testing institute.
- You have the assurance to your customers in the area of milk or meat processing that the animal feed used is stored in suitable food-safe silos. Decide which fabric your silo is made from!
Tested quality with 7x security
- We monitor our quality standards through regular internal and external tests of the fabrics and seam connections. Supported with external examinations
us the Hohenstein Research Institute. - All of our silos are designed with at least 7x seam and fabric security.
Your extra volume plus
- With the special lid elevation from A.B.S. you get extra volume PLUS. This is created by a special stiffening seam in the A.B.S. lid with the same footprint.
This means that the available space above the supporting structure is used optimally. All you need is additional room height.

Primed or partially galvanized frame design
- Our steel parts receive a high-quality surface coating with corrosion protection from a specialist company.
- We also offer our frames in a partially galvanized version. This high-quality surface treatment enables installation even in difficult climatic conditions.
Manufacturing according to valid DIN standards
- When designing and manufacturing the silo frame, we comply with all valid DIN standards.
Easy to assemble – stable design
- Extremely easy to assemble thanks to an optimized construction system: since the support frame can be completely screwed on, our silo bag is looped into the ground at a safe working height. The frame can then be easily lifted up to put the feet underneath.
- With our frame system made of tension struts in combination with eyebolts, the A.B.S. frames are precisely aligned and tensioned. This frame construction impresses with its stable design and secure stand.
