If a larger capacity is required, a cascade solution is recommended, in which several silos are connected with a continuous spiral. Like all A.B.S. All around This pellet silo is particularly close to nature and has a frame made from the natural and renewable raw material wood. Due to the static stress, we use robust glued wood that meets all requirements. All connecting elements are made of high-quality galvanized steel. Removal and outlet can be adapted to almost any boiler. A storage solution that is as environmentally friendly as it is price-friendly!

Ideal for heating systems with low demand or places that cannot be served by pellet tank trucks: The compact small silo measuring 98 x 98 cm and a capacity of 600 liters is open at the top as standard and is therefore easy to fill with bagged goods. The pellets are removed either using a suction pot or an auger box. The mini silo is also ideal as an intermediate container and can be easily replaced with an external A.B.S. Expand pellet vacuum.

Proven functions, different shape: The Flexilo^® TROG offers the same advantages as all A.B.S. Pellet silos, but their design is more similar to a bunker with a sloping floor. Particularly suitable for narrow, low rooms, e.g. B. in old buildings or vaulted cellars, the silo impresses with its optimal use of space. While self-built bunker storage is often the cause of operational disruptions, the trough silo proves to be a reliable and time-saving alternative thanks to its design and material.

The intelligent further development of a lifting silo: Since the silo cone is lowered during filling, almost the entire floor space can be used as a storage room. When emptying, this part lifts up again and forms a slope that allows the pellets to flow out. This means no space is wasted even in the tightest of spaces. Tension springs attached to the silo cone ensure reliable emptying, and the conveyor technology that has already proven itself on the Flexilo® TROG ensures the operational safety of the heating system.

No space inside? A.B.S. also has outdoor use. the solution. With the Flexilo® OUTSIDE, the high-strength, uncoated and breathable high-tech fabric is protected by a special outer cover. Thanks to the air circulation between the inner and outer shell, no condensation can form – so the pellets travel dry and safely from the silo to the boiler. The galvanized steel construction, the casing and the roof cover made of coated polyester fabric make the silo absolutely weatherproof.
